Mold Testing

Clear targets are set before any sampling or analysis is carried out to ensure that valuable data is produced. Mold testing may be required when there are questions that can not be addressed by visual inspection alone, in particular when there are questions or concerns about the health hazards to building or home occupants from mold exposure, including mold disease, the spread of spores and fungal fragments through the building, and when questions are raised about what needs to be remedied and where rem is to be remedied. When performing mold testing, it is often necessary to obtain a sufficient number of samples to provide data on which to base important decisions and to establish remediation plans.

We provide our clients with detailed reports, including identification of the root causes of mold contamination, a specific remediation action plan to fix the mold problem, and suggestions to avoid the recurrence of the mold problem.
